Two strikes, you're out for Sandusky man | Sandusky Register
Sandusky police first stopped Ryan Williams, 40, at about 2 a.m. in the 2000 block of Cleveland Road for driving without headlights. When police asked for his license, Williams told them it was suspended, a police report said.
